Who We Are
Esther’s Sheet Metal
We fabricate architectural sheet metal in Burnaby, British Columbia, and have done since 1995.
Most of what leaves the shop started as a drawing somebody brought us. Dimensions, louvre spacing and crown profiles change from one chimney to the next, so the parts are made for the job rather than pulled off a shelf.

A few pieces made for specific chimneys. Every one was drawn, cut and formed for the job it went to.
Materials
Pick the metal,
then the colour
Painted steel in 26, 24 and 22 gauge, PVDF Kynar aluminum, architectural copper and architectural zinc. Gauge and coating decide colour range, warranty and how the metal behaves near the coast.
