Custom architectural fabrication
Built to fit.
Made to last.
Every cap, flashing and coping run that leaves our shop is cut and formed for the building it is going on. Copper, zinc, aluminum and painted steel, brake-formed in Burnaby and supplied across the Lower Mainland.

Thirty years at the brake
A custom shop, not a catalogue. If it can be drawn, it can be formed.
Copper, zinc, aluminum, painted steel
Light gauge architectural metals in the full Cascadia Classic and Signature colour ranges.
Builders, roofers, architects
Most of our work arrives as a detail drawing or a site measurement from a trade partner.
What We Fabricate
Services
Everything below is made in our own shop, in the material and finish you specify. If your project needs something that is not on this list, ask. Most of what we build started as a drawing someone brought us.
Step One
Select your material
Gauge, coating chemistry and base metal decide almost everything that follows: colour range, warranty, coastal performance and cost. Pick one and the whole page reconfigures around it.
Step Two
Colour Collection
Copper
A finish that keeps working after you leave
Copper is the only material here that is not finished when it is installed. Scrub the timeline, or press play, to watch a standing seam cap move from mill bright through russet and chocolate brown to full verdigris.
Weathering rate depends on rainfall, orientation, air chemistry and how much of the surface is sheltered. Coastal and industrial exposures reach verdigris faster; a protected face under a deep overhang can stay brown for decades. Pre-patinated copper is available where matching an existing installation matters more than watching the change.
Zinc
Quiet luxury, measured in generations
Rolled zinc-copper-titanium in four architectural finishes. Hover any rendering to pull up the close-up texture. The surface structure is what separates zinc from a grey painted panel.
Material Comparison Tool
Every material, side by side
Twelve attributes across all eight materials. Ratings are relative to this product set, not absolute. A 3 for corrosion resistance on painted steel is still a properly engineered assembly. Click any column heading to load that material into the configurator.
Compare two materials across price, weight, durability, warranty and more.
How It Works
From measurement to roof
Custom work goes wrong in the handover, not the fabrication. This is the order we do things in, and what we need from you at each step.
Measure
Send us site measurements or a detail drawing. For chimney work we need the outside dimensions at the crown, the flue count and heights, and the roof pitch. If you would rather we measured it, say so on the quote request.
Specify
Pick the material and gauge, then the colour. The configurator on this page exists for exactly this step. It carries your selection straight into the quote, so we are pricing the finish you actually looked at.
Fabricate
Cut, brake-formed and assembled in the shop. Louvre spacing, crown profile and skirt depth are set per job, not pulled from a stock size. Long runs are formed to length so the finished work carries as few joints as possible.
Pick Up
We call as soon as your order is wrapped, labelled and staged. Collection is from our Burnaby shop. We supply trades right across the Lower Mainland, but finished work leaves from our door rather than going out to site, so allow for a pickup in your schedule. Touch up field cuts and scratches on install; the material pages on this site cover the maintenance each finish needs.

Tell us what you need
Tell us the material, the timeline and what you are building, and send a drawing if you have one. The more you can tell us about dimensions and site conditions, the tighter the number we can give you.
